Elizabeth MacKay
French communication authority Elizabeth MacKay has three decades of experience as a government representative and language expert.
Elizabeth served in several senior roles for the government of Quebec, including chief of staff to the provincial minister in charge of the French Language Charter, culminating in being chosen as the official Los Angeles delegate representative from 2015 to 2019.
Using her leadership and crisis communication skills, Elizabeth supported U.S. companies with business in Canada. She learned the effectiveness of communicating in French with businesses operating in Canada and dealing with global customers to understand socio-cultural traits, consumption habits, idioms, and common expressions.
Elizabeth understands the importance of properly translating material to save time and money. It is crucial for company information to be correctly translated and encompass all nuances. She is adept at serving businesses through quality French communication, offering an opportunity to increase sales and reach new clients.
Martin Ouellet
Language and media expert Martin Ouellet brings a wealth of experience in the United States, Canada, and around the world.
As a reporter, Martin was a correspondent for The Canadian Press covering important economic and political events in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He learned different languages and cultures as part of his assignments. As such, Martin developed excellent communication skills working in the media industry and responding to customer requests.
As an iTunes linguist, Martin wrote culturally appropriate texts tailored to specific regions. He translated and corrected materials to match the linguistic and cultural needs of a client.
